Shipping & Refund Policies: Shipping Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery across New Zealand in 1-5 days. At checkout, you'll see the item price, delivery cost, and estimated delivery time, which vary based on location. While we strive for timely delivery, exact dates cannot be guaranteed - tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Rural Area Deliveries can take longer to arrive than the standard ETAs. Despite secure packaging, minor breakages may occur in transit due to the delicate nature of dried florals. Refunds & Returns Change of Mind Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items purchased online at freedomfloristry.co.nz and returned in original condition within 7 days. Event-specific orders, such as wedding flowers and seasonal arrangements (e.g., Valentine's Day and Christmas), are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and items must be securely packaged. Damaged or Incorrect Items For significantly damaged or incorrect orders, email aimee@freedomfloristry.co.nz within 30 days with photos.
