Meet Aimee
Founder and Floral Designer
Hi, I'm Aimee, mum of two and the person behind Freedom Floristry.
I started Freedom Floristry because I've always loved creating with flowers. What began as a creative outlet and a way to carve out something of my own soon grew into a business built around helping people celebrate life's moments with flowers that last.
With over 20 years of floristry experience across New Zealand, Australia, and London, I've been lucky enough to work with flowers in many different ways over the years. These days, every arrangement is designed and made by hand from my studio in Tītahi Bay.
From weddings and gifts to homes, businesses, and events, I love creating pieces that become part of people's spaces and memories.
Behind every order is a real person (just me!) selecting flowers, designing each arrangement, packing orders, replying to emails, and often working around school pickups and whatever chaos the week decides to throw my way.
I never take for granted that you've chosen Freedom Floristry. Every order supports a small family business and allows me to spend my days doing something I genuinely love.

Delivery & Pickup
Proudly serving customers all across New Zealand.
Hand delivery is available in Titahi Bay and Porirua City on selected dates. For all other areas, your order will be shipped nationwide with NZ Post. North Island deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days, while South Island deliveries usually take 2–3 working days. Please allow one day for me to prepare your order before it’s sent.
For North Island orders, I use NZ Post’s overnight service, which means most parcels arrive on your chosen date. While we do our best to meet preferred delivery days, NZ Post does not guarantee overnight delivery, so exact arrival dates cannot be confirmed.
At checkout, you’ll see your item price, delivery cost, and an estimated delivery timeframe based on your location and order time.
Click-and-collect is available daily between 9am and 6pm. Your order will be wrapped, labelled, and waiting for you in the locker by the front door at your selected pickup time.
You can also find a dried floral arrangement on display for sale at Tbay Café on Whitehouse Road in Titahi Bay. If you’re picking up from the café, simply choose the “Buying from Tbay Cafe” option at checkout.
The Studio
Most arrangements are made to order and need at least one day's notice. If you need something sooner, there is always a premade arrangement available at Tbay Café on Whitehouse Road in Titahi Bay.
I also often have a few arrangements ready to go in the studio, so feel free to give me a call if you're in a hurry and I'll let you know what I have available.
As the studio isn't a retail shop, I'm not open for casual walk-in pickups, so please get in touch before popping by.
