Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched on weekdays only. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Wellington Region: 1 business day
• North Island: 1–2 business days
• South Island: 2–3 business days
• Rural addresses: allow additional delivery time
Please allow up to 1 business day for order preparation before dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by courier companies and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds & Returns
Change of mind exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items purchased online and returned in original condition within 7 days. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and items must be securely packaged.
Custom and event-specific orders, including wedding flowers, school balls, and seasonal arrangements, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are carefully and securely packaged, however minor breakages can still occur due to the delicate nature of dried florals. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact aimee@freedomfloristry.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy as required under New Zealand consumer law.
