Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via NZ Post on week days only. Estimated delivery is overnight for the North Island and 2–3 days for the South Island or rural addresses. At checkout, you’ll see item price, delivery cost, and estimated timeframe based on your location. While tracking is provided upon dispatch, delivery dates are not guaranteed. NZ Post timeframes are guidelines only, and delays are possible. We cannot offer refunds for late deliveries. If nobody will be available to receive your order, please provide delivery instructions for a secure, weather-protected location. Freedom Floristry cannot accept responsibility for parcels exposed to weather conditions after successful courier delivery.


Refunds & Returns

Change of Mind, Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items purchased online at freedomfloristry.co.nz and returned in original condition within 7 days. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and items must be securely packaged. Custom and/or Event-specific orders, such as wedding & event flowers, school balls, and seasonal arrangements (e.g., Valentine's Day and Christmas), are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

All items are securely packaged, but minor breakages may occur due to the delicate nature of dried florals. For significantly damaged or incorrect orders, email aimee@freedomfloristry.co.nz within 30 days with photos. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement, refund, or store credit within 2-3 business days.
